Carrco Painting Contractors
Carrco Painting got its’ start in 1994 when two cousins, Javier Huerta and Jesus Carrasco, joined to start their first company. Like most start ups, the funds were low and the dreams were big, but both cousins were full of passion and determination, so they started out anyways. The intentions were pretty simple; to work for themselves and to get more out of life for them and their families.
As simple as the business plan was, the only thing missing was the plan. They both knew the painting would be the easy part, but they still needed to land their first job. Neither men had ever owned a company nor had they been in the position to solicit work. After hitting the pavement and visiting every old contact they had, they landed the first apartment building. One became two and then two became four. Things were finally rolling. Carrco quickly became established in the multi-family housing market as a company that would get the job done correctly, professionally and on time.
When the opportunity came to pursue track homes in Dallas, the company focused its’ attention on branching out and covering the home market. What started with 2 painters and a Sears credit card grew to 20 painters and accounts with all the major paint retailers. This eventually led to custom homes where the company became known as a high end residential painter in Highland Park and other affluent areas of the Dallas Metro-plex. The home based business got a sorely needed warehouse, a starter office in Garland and their very own dedicated fax line. Although they were off to a great start, bigger things lay ahead
Within a few years the company’s focus was shifted to an even larger playing field when the sights were set on commercial and industrial projects. From light commercial retail shops and tenant improvements, the company fought its’ way into the larger arenas and eventually earned its’ place to compete on the bigger projects. It wasn’t long before a niche was carved and Carrco was working on multi-million dollar painting projects throughout Dallas and the rest of Texas. Our present work load consists of projects in transit, hospitality, airports, industrial, class A office space, federal facilities, houses of worship, and many other private and public entities.
