J. J. Pearce High School

The J. J. Pearce High School project delivered over 295,000 square feet of renovations and 280,000 square feet of new construction, all completed while the campus remained active. Key additions include a new main entry, auditorium, auxiliary gym/storm shelter, and updated athletic fields. At the heart of the campus is Stampede Square, a vibrant, two-story student hub designed to foster collaboration and showcase high-impact programs. The school now offers expanded Career & Technical Education (CTE) spaces such as engineering labs, culinary arts, digital media, and robotics—providing students with real-world skills in a modern setting. Over 30 new classrooms, a film and digital media studio, and a renovated 1,400-seat theater support both academic and performing arts excellence. Light renovations and updated finishes throughout the remaining campus brought a cohesive, fresh look to this 510,000+ square foot transformation.
