The CHRISTUS Health Headquarters is a 456,000-square-foot, build-to-suit corporate tower designed to support the mission and values of one of North Texas’s leading not-for-profit healthcare systems. Purpose-built from the ground up, the facility blends form and function to reflect the organization’s commitment to well-being, innovation, and community. The headquarters features a variety of signature spaces tailored to CHRISTUS’s operations and culture, including a chapel, onsite clinic, and a curated museum. The ground-floor lobby is fully amenitized, offering a coffee bar, outdoor café, and social spaces that promote hospitality and connection. A 46,500-square-foot “superfloor” on level two brings key departments together in a highly functional environment, supported by surrounding collaboration zones and perimeter conference rooms. Children’s Health℠ has completed a transformative expansion at Children’s Medical Center Plano with the addition of a new 395,000-square-foot patient tower. Located in rapidly growing Collin County, the expansion triples the campus’s bed capacity, adding 140 universal and ICU-capable inpatient beds for a new total of 212. The upgraded Emergency Department has nearly doubled in size, now featuring 48 exam rooms and infrastructure designed to support a future Level II trauma center designation. The tower also introduces cutting-edge imaging and radiology facilities, including advanced MRI, CT, PET, CT, and SPECT/CT technology, along with expanded X-ray and ultrasound services. This state-of-the-art facility supports the continued growth of Children’s Health as a leader in pediatric care for families throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and beyond.

This state-of-the-art facility features a wide array of support services, including a welcome center, advising and transfer center, English language learner support, career services, wellness center, TRIO programs, veteran services, disability services, educational partnerships, a testing center, admissions, financial aid, and a business office. In addition to student services, the building houses 25 modern classrooms, 50 offices, and multiple academic suites. Open collaboration zones and flexible meeting areas foster interaction between students and faculty, supporting a culture of engagement and academic growth.

Anna ISD serves over 6,145 students and 850 employees, with a 97% graduation rate and 89% of students participating in CTE and STEAM programs that prepare them for future success.

At four times the size of the previous public library, the facility brings expanded resources and modern amenities to the community. Features include technology maker spaces, a digital media lab, flexible event and meeting rooms, a social café with community stairs, and dedicated areas for children and teens. The project also includes a partnership with the Cedar Hill Museum of History, providing a rotating exhibition space to showcase curated artifacts that reflect the city’s heritage. Blending innovation, education, and culture, this new facility creates an inclusive and engaging destination for residents of all ages.

Additional amenities include an indoor play space, a unique walk/jog/adventure track with flat, inclined, and stair elements, weights and cardio zones for independent workouts, and an outdoor fitness deck. The center also offers dedicated spaces for group fitness classes including aerobics, spin, and dance, as well as classrooms and collaborative areas for programming and events. This new teaching hospital consists of 1.3 million square feet, including 12 floors, 424 beds, 41 emergency exam rooms, nuclear medicine, radiology, vascular, endoscopy, ultrasound, labs, and nutrition services.

Ursuline Academy East Campus and Auditorium
Expanding the prominent Ursuline Academy campus encompassed new classrooms, teacher spaces, and interactive common areas finished by completing a 1,000-seat auditorium surrounded by new fine art facilities. The 92,500sf expansion provided state-of-the-art accommodations for the lady’s preparatory school. The auditorium features large, curved acoustic clouds to accent the curvature of the walls throughout the seating area. The clouds and walls were built on-site, finished with a level-5 finish and seamlessly wrapped in high-end wallcovering.

Urby is the tallest high-rise in the Dallas Design District. With 27-Stories and 383 units, completing the new residential tower was a feat of coordination and discipline. Covering 340,040sf, the fast-track schedule included completion of wall finishing, concrete ceiling finishing, painting, wallcoverings, epoxy flooring, and custom floor striping in 16 months. Each unit highlights a sleek design with finely finished and painted walls and concrete ceilings. Specialty units and stairwells feature modern painted graphics. Our wallcovering team applied contemporary wallcoverings to every corridor, elevator lobby, and amenity space while our flooring specialists installed epoxy floor coatings to BOH spaces and custom striping in the 5,000sf high-end gym.

The residential village will have houses that can hold 875 students. It will also include classrooms, fitness areas, amenities spaces, study areas, and community gathering places focused on the sophomore year experience. The project also includes 30,000 square feet of the residential dining hall that will serve all of Texas Women University's student population.

The Victor Dallas is a 39-story, 344-unit residential tower in Uptown Dallas. Recognized as the tallest residential tower in Victory Park, The Victor promotes more than 569,350sf of finished mixed-use space, a 273,300sf garage podium, luxury amenities, and high-end finishes. The unique design incorporates mixed materials throughout common spaces and three levels of hospitality inspired amenities. Of the 31 residential floors, levels 37 – 39 house 18 penthouse units featuring custom finishes and designs. Carrco completed painting, wallcovering, and flooring scopes throughout the large-scale project. From painting masonry at 430-foot heights to championing a process to achieving the quality and aesthetic goals, our team of painting and wallcovering professionals excelled in completing the newest Hines residential development in Dallas.

The 12,000-sf spa, located on the second level of the hotel building, features new reception and retail area, hair and nail salon, men's and women's lounge and locker rooms, treatment rooms, corridors, and elevator lobby. Showcasing hand-painted murals and 10 specialty wallcoverings throughout, completing the high-end wall and ceiling finishes within the occupied hotel demonstrates our team’s unique ability to meet our client’s highest quality needs.

The 376,000sf Justin Surgical Tower for Texas Health was the largest construction project undertaken in the history of Texas Health System. The new, 9-story healthcare tower was designed to provide a comfortable and family centered atmosphere with large patient rooms to accommodate 144 new beds, 62 pre-op and post-op beds, and 15 surgical suites. The new development adds a new parking garage and central utility plant and adjoins to the existing hospital. Completing the luxury tower provided a new level of healthcare facility to the Fort Worth area allowing Texas Health to reach and treat more patients, handle new healthcare challenges, and train new generations of healthcare providers.

The Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum's primary focus is to educate visitors about the Holocaust, other genocides, and human rights struggles in the United States. It was a great honor to be part of this brand new, state of the art facility.

The American Airlines Headquarters is a spectacular 1.2 million-square-foot campus located in Fort Worth, Texas. It will be the new home to 10,000 to 12,000 employees. The state-of-the-art facility includes beautiful architecture, artwork, restaurants, and corporate shops. The facility consists of 8 miles of biking trails for employees and a section dedicated to employee services. This project was a successful high-end Interior finish-out project that included top of the line paints and wall-covering finishes.
