Purpose-built from the ground up, the facility blends form and function to reflect the organization’s commitment to well-being, innovation, and community. The headquarters features a variety of signature spaces tailored to CHRISTUS’s operations and culture, including a chapel, onsite clinic, and a curated museum. The ground-floor lobby is fully amenitized, offering a coffee bar, outdoor café, and social spaces that promote hospitality and connection. A 46,500-square-foot “superfloor” on level two brings key departments together in a highly functional environment, supported by surrounding collaboration zones and perimeter conference rooms. The upgraded Emergency Department has nearly doubled in size, now featuring 48 exam rooms and infrastructure designed to support a future Level II trauma center designation. The tower also introduces cutting-edge imaging and radiology facilities, including advanced MRI, CT, PET, CT, and SPECT/CT technology, along with expanded X-ray and ultrasound services. The 92,500sf expansion provided state-of-the-art accommodations for the lady’s preparatory school. The auditorium features large, curved acoustic clouds to accent the curvature of the walls throughout the seating area. The clouds and walls were built on-site, finished with a level-5 finish and seamlessly wrapped in high-end wallcovering.

The new, 9-story healthcare tower was designed to provide a comfortable and family centered atmosphere with large patient rooms to accommodate 144 new beds, 62 pre-op and post-op beds, and 15 surgical suites. The new development adds a new parking garage and central utility plant and adjoins to the existing hospital. Completing the luxury tower provided a new level of healthcare facility to the Fort Worth area allowing Texas Health to reach and treat more patients, handle new healthcare challenges, and train new generations of healthcare providers.

The museum consists of twenty-seven unique exhibits, over one hundred survivor testimonials, and much more located throughout the museum. The Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum's primary focus is to educate visitors about the Holocaust, other genocides, and human rights struggles in the United States. It was a great honor to be part of this brand new, state of the art facility.

The state-of-the-art facility includes beautiful architecture, artwork, restaurants, and corporate shops. The facility consists of 8 miles of biking trails for employees and a section dedicated to employee services. This project was a successful high-end Interior finish-out project that included top of the line paints and wall-covering finishes.
