The Santander project reimagines a portion of an existing high rise through an extensive adaptive reuse renovation, converting 14 floors (Levels 18 to 25, 32 to 34, and 37 to 39) from office use into 291 residential apartment units. The updated design introduces a blend of modern living with dedicated amenity spaces and community areas that support comfort and connection among residents. Enhancements extend to Level 1, where construction includes the future leasing center, complete with a library, lounge, and retreat space. Additionally, the project delivers outdoor amenity areas atop the parking structure, featuring a dog park, private courtyard, outdoor kitchen, and pool, bringing elevated living to the heart of a revitalized urban environment.
