Hill and Walsh Halls add nearly 300 first-year student beds, complemented by outdoor common spaces for studying and socializing. At the center, Gutierrez Hall features seating for 550 and diverse dining options, including stations tailored to dietary needs. With open, light-filled design and a prime location behind the Neeley School of Business, the new complex creates a vibrant, welcoming environment that enhances both living and learning on campus.
