The building includes 6,000 SF of retail and restaurant space and a five-level parking garage. Amenities feature a golf simulator, billiards room, full-service bar, concierge, fitness center, valet, guest suites, dog wash station, and an elevated pool deck overlooking Lake Grapevine. Our scope of work included epoxy coatings, coatings, and wallcoverings throughout the development, delivering durable, high-end finishes that complement the project’s upscale design.
